By accessing and using ChessLab, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the app.

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use ChessLab for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. Under this licence you may not: modify or copy the materials; use them commercially or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person.

ChessLab is provided as an educational chess tool. While we strive for accuracy in opening databases, puzzle positions, and engine analysis, we make no warranties or guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content provided.

Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings after purchase.

You agree not to use ChessLab in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms. This includes: posting illegal or harmful content via the online multiplayer chat; harassing or impersonating other users; attempting unauthorized access to any part of the service; or violating any applicable laws or regulations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChessLab and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

ChessLab may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Chess.com and Lichess for game import). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ChessLab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChessLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of ChessLab will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
