Refund Policy

ChessLab Premium is a subscription product. Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not handle billing directly. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

All Purchases Are Final

By subscribing to ChessLab Premium, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

Subscription Management

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play Account settings (Android). Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period.

How to Cancel on iOS

Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ChessLab Premium → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, open the App Store → tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → find ChessLab → Cancel.

How to Cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ChessLab → Cancel subscription.

Technical Errors

If you believe there has been a technical error with your purchase (e.g., you were charged but did not receive premium access), please contact our support team with your receipt. While we cannot grant refunds directly, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Apple & Google Refund Process

Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by ChessLab. For iOS purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android purchases, visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and follow Google's refund request process.
